Your wondering what we do and how we do it ?

So you’re hosting a big event (wedding, conference, corporate occasion, private dinner) you will book the venue, then the event manager, who will book the caterer, who will bring the staff and hopefully a fabulous event takes place. NOT ALWAYS THE CASE !!!!

what will happen, the venue will not be up to scratch, the event manager will take care of logistics but will miss out the hospitality side of the event including lack of communication with the kitchen, the caterer will cook the food to specification without allowing for further dietaries, temperature control, special dietary requirements and presentation, the staff will probably be untrained an lacking in fluent English with wrong uniform

This is what we do, we are the company that provide fine dining trained staff to events, we are the team that liaise between you the client, the event manager and the kitchen to ensure your event is delivered to the highest standard and on time
